The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority - BaFin has informed Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft that third parties are allegedly offering shares in "Lamborghini SpA".

These offers are unlawful and originate neither from Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft nor from any of its subsidiaries.
